Slots.io Session Limits
By selecting a gaming session limit, you agree to the following terms. You will be required to select your desired session limit from the available time frames:
Your requested session limit will come into effect immediately once selected, indicated by a visible countdown clock. You will not be able to partake in any gameplay for the duration of your selected time frame.
Slots.io Loss Limits
By selecting a loss limit, you agree to the following terms. You will be required to enter the monetary figure you desire as a loss limit, followed by one of the time-frame options:
Your requested loss limit will come into effect immediately once selected. It will not be possible to decrease the selected monetary figure, decrease the chosen time frame or cancel the request. Daily loss limits will be calculated from 00:00 UTC to 23:59 UTC. Loss limits are attributed to the net value of your chosen monetary limit. Therefore, loss limits are deducted from your deposit amount and include any subsequent winnings, free spins and any loyalty payments.
For example, if you make a deposit of €50 and set a daily loss limit of €30; after some gameplay, you win €70 resulting in a total balance of €120. At this point, your maximum loss limit will be €100.
You will automatically be logged out of Slots.io if your gameplay exceeds your chosen loss limit.
Self-exclusion requests must be made by email from the account’s registered email address to our customer support department at
[email protected]. Requests made via Chat cannot and will not be actioned. However, a customer support agent will direct you to our customer support email service.
By requesting one of the Slots.io self-exclusion time frames on offer, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which will be effective from the minute you receive a confirmation email of your chosen self-exclusion.This email will be sent to the email address used to register your account only and will display the date of self-exclusion completion. On receipt of an email request for account closure, the requested account will be placed on a 24-hr cooling-off period, which will disable your account, allowing no gambling activity. During this time, a customer support agent will inform you of the 7-days, 30-days, 90-days and 180-days self-exclusions available. There will be no variation of these time frames. To proceed with this process, we will require an email response. If we do not receive a response within a further 24-hrs, your account will be reopened and confirmed by email. If after reviewing our self-exclusion options you decide you would like to proceed with a permanent self-exclusion, please, inform us of this in your email response.
On occasion, we might make the decision ourselves to place an account on a short self-exclusion period if we believe it to be needed and/or beneficial to the customer. This will be communicated by email; the above terms and conditions will apply.
Once a self-exclusion is applied to your account, it will stay in place until the request time has finished, it will not be reversed or decreased for any reason. Once your self-exclusion has ended, your account will open automatically, and you will be informed that this has taken place by email.Permanent self-exclusions will remain in force indefinitely.
Slots.io will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure compliance with our responsible gambling self-exclusion policy. You are only permitted to hold one (1) Slots.io account; you accept that we will not be held responsible or liable if you attempt to open any new Slots.io accounts or indeed succeed.In addition, Slots.io will not be held liable or accountable if you continue to deposit and wager using additional accounts which have previously not been disclosed. Any future wagers, bonus funds and entries in any promotions during a requested self-exclusion time will be forfeited, resulting in no return of stakes or payment of winnings. We will not be
able to reinstate any bonus funds if the account is reopened after the self-exclusion period.

You should not attempt to or in fact place any wager on your account that you have requested to be excluded from during your selected self-exclusion period.
You should not attempt or in fact, proceed to open any new accounts during your self-exclusion period.
If you succeed in opening a new account during a self-exclusion period, we will close the account at our earliest detection.
Slots.io’s responsibility is only to take reasonable steps to prevent you from gambling on our site once a self-exclusion has been requested.
This is a voluntary request made by you. If you proceed to breach this agreement, Slots.io or any of its employees are not held accountable or liable for any losses you may suffer. Any losses acquired during your self-exclusion period will not be refunded.
HAMPI External Self-exclusion
You can also have yourself banned from accessing any or all types of online and land-based gambling locations in Estonia by entering yourself into the list of persons with restrictions on gambling (HAMPI) held by the Estonian Tax and Customs Board (EMTA). In accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, no gambling operator licensed in Estonia can allow a person on the list of gambling restrictions to gamble.
A person is included in the list on the basis of their written application. The application must be accompanied by a copy of the photo page of an identity document on the basis of which the person can be identified. When setting the restriction, the person oneself has to choose a term within the period from 6 to 36 months upon expiry of which he/she can apply for his/her deletion from the list. Once submitted, an application cannot be withdrawn or amended. The term specified in the application cannot be shortened or extended. A separate request shall be filed for the deletion from the list upon the expiry of the chosen term.
